Penny is a qualified and experienced executive coach, and educated to Masters level, both in Management, Leadership and Professional Practice. As part of the public sector consultancy Framework since 1990, Penny has been active as a mentor and coach for over 30 years.
She has delivered employment and executive coaching to clients from the public sector including in education, NHS, local authority, voluntary and charities sector as well as with faith leaders and parliamentarians .
Penny wholly specialises in developing people’s leadership skills, confidence and abilities in busy and complex lives.
She also brought coaching expertise to the acupuncture clinic and uses her approach to provide excellent listening that enhances the overall treatment experience. She runs a successful acupuncture practice in Milnthorpe, Cumbria - Nudge Acupuncture.
Until recently she also ran a community practice in Salford, Manchester.
Alongside this, Penny uses her listening skills in the service of the organisation Samaritans.
Until recently she worked as an associate with CETAD at Lancaster Management School, tutoring in coaching and mentoring. She has recently retired from running a successful community business in Salford and has long experience of management consultancy in public sector organisations.
