ONE TO ONE COACHING
Our coaching practice is largely delivered one to one with individuals. People usually contract with us for a number of sessions - typically six but can be any length. For some clients a single session can be enough to unlock the clarity needed to go forward. In other contracts we meet individuals over a much longer period - often quarterly - to review progress with the coach already familiar with the work setting. 

We can also work with pairs of staff if that is more suitable - for job shares, two people performing the same function and people who are working together and in a relationship.

GROUP COACHING
John and Penny also work with teams, using both group work skills and best coaching practice. This is a particularly effective if teams are struggling to move their practice forward and can help to unblock difficult issues, aired in a supportive and solution focussed atmosphere. 

DISCOVERY DAYS
We know the power of a day’s full attention to personal transformation. Be curious about whether you are on the right path, professionally and creatively. Discovery days enable individuals to develop a personal strategy for finding out where you go from here. This opportunity will help to align personal values, purpose and future aspirations. 

CONFLICT COACHING
Sometimes individuals have come to an impasse where external support is needed. We are experienced in working with conflict, gently encouraging curiosity and courage to resolve issues. 

COACHING SUPERVISION AND MENTOR COACHING
John is qualified to supervise coaches and works with individual coaches wanting to develop their practice and to gain a coaching accreditation.

IMMEDIATE HELP
Coaching is not an ‘emergency service’, but if the client feels an additional session would be helpful as the need arises - to discuss possibilities - one of us may be able to step in quickly. Sometimes a single session can clarify what is immediately needed.
